Change in particulars of non-executive director

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that its non-executive director, Dr Dambisa Moyo, has stepped down from the board of Lundin Petroleum AB with effect from 10 May 2012. 

Lundin Petroleum is listed in Stockholm and Toronto.
