Change in particulars of non-executive director

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that its non-executive director, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa, has stepped down from the board of Lonmin Plc, with effect from 31 January 2013. 

Lonmin Plc is listed on both the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges.
