SABMILLER PLC ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF EUR1,000,000,000 BOND ISSUE UNDER ITS US$5,000,000,000 EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME
Today SABMiller plc completed an issue of EUR1,000,000,000 4.50 per cent. notes due 2015 (the "Notes") under its US$5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes are listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
