Change in particulars of director

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that Mr Malcolm Wyman, its Chief Financial Officer and an executive director, will join the boards of Nedbank Group Limited and Nedbank Limited with effect from 1 August 2009.

Nedbank Group Limited is listed on the JSE Limited (the Johannesburg Stock Exchange).
