Change in particulars of directors

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that following the merger of Tsogo Sun with Gold Reef Resorts Limited, three of its directors, Messrs Kahn, Mackay and Wyman, joined the board of Gold Reef Resorts Limited as non-executive directors with effect from 24 February 2011.

Gold Reef Resorts Limited, which is to be renamed Tsogo Sun Holding Limited, is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
