Change in particulars of executive director

On 30 January 2008 SABMiller announced that its Chief Executive Graham Mackay had agreed to join the board of Philip Morris International Inc. later in the year.

In accordance with LR9.6.14, SABMiller plc confirms that Graham Mackay has now joined the board of Philip Morris International Inc. with effect from 31 October 2008

Philip Morris International Inc. is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
