Change in particulars of non-executive director

On 10 October 2011 SABMiller plc announced that its non-executive director Ms Lesley Knox would join the board of Centrica plc, effective 1 January 2012.

In accordance with LR9.6.14, SABMiller plc confirms that Ms Knox has now joined the board of Centrica plc with effect from 1 January 2012.

Centrica plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
