Notification of Transaction by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

On 23 February 2012, Alan Clark, PDMR, notified the Company that Fairbairn Trust Company Limited as Trustee for The Clark Family Trust, a connected person to Mr Clark, disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration.  Following the disposal of these shares Mr Clark has a beneficial interest in 81,610 shares of the Company.
